By using SpriteTale, you agree to these rules for uploads, AI generation, unlocks, and desktop downloads.

1. Service
SpriteTale provides photo upload, AI desktop sprite generation, previews, unlocks, sharing, redeem codes, and desktop client services.
AI results may vary. We optimize realism and stability but cannot guarantee every output exactly matches expectations.
2. Materials and rights
You must have the rights to upload the photos you provide.
You grant us a limited license to process uploads only as needed to provide generation, preview, support, and safety operations.
3. Payments and downloads
Each pet is unlocked individually. Once digital content is unlocked or full generation starts, refunds are generally limited to duplicate charges, failed delivery, or verified system errors.
